FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1) How do I know what are my prescription for my contact lenses?
If you do not already have an existing contact lens prescription, you may look for our Optometrist In Charge to help you out on which prescription to choose for the contact lenses.
2) What if I have any difficulties with the contact lenses?
Depending on the severity of the difficulties, you may consult with our Optometrist In Charge or visit the Optometrist/Ophthalmologist near you.
3) What is the delivery time for my purchases?
Once the Confirmation of Order have been sent out to you, the Product will be sent out within 3 to 10 working days unless adviced otherwise.
4) Can I return my purchases?
Products can only be returned if it is sent wrongly or has defect. Change of mind is not applicable. If there is any defect on the Product, The Contact Lens Co. will exchange the Product for you.
Please kindly consult with us before you return the Product to us so that we can advise accordingly for the best course of action to be taken.
5) Can I refund my purchases?
Refunds will only be done under extreme unforseen circumstances (eg, if supplier is out of stock for more than 2 weeks)
