INTRODUCTION
The “Terms of Service” on this page is the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the “Products” (“Product”) that are listed on The Contact Lens Co. website (https://thecontactlensco.easy.co/) (“Site”) to you. Please read the Terms & Conditions before ordering any Products from this Site.
By ordering from this Site, you understand and agree with these Terms & Conditions.
The Site reserves the right to amend, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms & Conditions at any time and will be effective immediately after posted on the Site with no further notice provided. Your continued usage of the Site deems you to understand and agree with posted Terms & Conditions.

“Account” refers to the account that you will need to register for on the Site if you would like to submit an Order on the Site;
“Order” refers to the order submitted by you to the Site to purchase Products from us;
“Product”,”Products” refers to the items listed on the Site to be sold to you;
“Contract” refers to the Order of the Product or Products from this Site in accordance to these Terms & Conditions;
“Confirmation of Order” refers to the email which will be sent to you after we have accepted the Order;
“Supplier” refers to the company that provided the Product.
1. Client’s Declaration
- You have a valid (within the last 6 months) prescription for your glasses or contact lenses.
- You have consulted an Ophthalmologist or an Optometrist within the last 6 months to get your eye health and prescription checked and updated to make sure you are fit to wear contact lenses.
- You have been taught how to handle the contact lenses correctly.
- If there is any abnormal symptoms (eg, eye discomfort, eye redness, eye discharge, eye itchiness, eye pain) after wearing the Products, immediately remove the Product from eyes and consult with the Ophthalmologist or Optometrist.
- By purchasing on the Site, you will automatically be assumed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Order & Contract
To place an Order, Customers will need to follow the online shopping process on the Site. Customers are required to fill up all the details for teh Order to be reviewed by us.
We will send out the Confirmation of Order upon receiving all correct information and full payment from the Customer.
A Contract is formed when we have sent out the Confirmation of Order. The Contract will only be in relation to the Products from the Site.
3. Delivery
We strive to deliver the Product to the chosen delivery address by the Customer, hence the details of the delivery address are mandatory when placing an Order.
Estimated delivery time is about 3 to 10 working days unless adviced otherwise.
We shall not be liable for the delay or damages caused by the courier service but we can try to be of assistance however best we can.
4. Products
All Products on the Site are descibed and depicted based on the information (details, parameters, colors) provided from the Supplier.
Take not that there may be some slight color and appearance differences on Site from the actual product due to display settings on the respective devices.
5. Cancellation
The Contact Lens Co. reserves the right to refuse an Order in exceptional circumstances and full refund will be given back to the Customer.
6. Return
The Contact Lens Co. will only accept Return if the Product is defective or incorrect.
Change of mind is not applicable for Return.
Product returned will be sent back to the Supplier to be checked for the defect mentioned by Customerr and will be subjected to Exchange or Refund if found to be defective by the Supplier.
Return must be done within 14 working days upon receiving the Product.
If a wrong Product was received by Customer, kindly Return all the incorrect Product in their original packaging and in good condition/box unopened. Only upon receiving back the incorrect Product from Customer, then we will send out the correct Product to customer as soon as possible.

Customer will be advised on the next step once The Contact Lens Co. personnel have assessed the reason for the Return of Product.
7. Limitation of Liability
This clause prevails over all other clauses and sets forth our entire Liability, and your sole and exclusive remedies, for:
- the performance, non-performance, purported performance or delay in performance of these Terms & Conditions or a Contract or the Site (or any part of it or them);
- or otherwise in relation to these Terms & Conditions or teh entering into or performance of these Terms & Conditions.
We shall have no Liability for: loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits; loss of contracts; loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of operation time; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of damage to or corruption of data; any indirect or consequential loss.
Our aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to a sum equivalent to the total value of your order.
We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising as a result of us being prevented from performing our obligations under these Terms & Coniditions by reasons of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. General
You shall not assign, transfer, novate, charge, sub-contract, create any trust over or deal in any other manner with these Terms & Conditions or a Contract or all or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions or a Contract. These terms shall be governed in accordance with Malaysian Law.
